At Old Joe Brew Club we are dedicated to supporting projects and initiatives that align with our mission and goals. We believe in empowering individuals and organizations to make a positive impact in our community and beyond. Through our grant program, we aim to provide financial assistance to innovative and impactful projects that address important societal issues. As this grant program is just starting, we are limiting to the maximum request grant to $1000, however approved grant amounts may differ from the requested.
To ensure a smooth and efficient application process, we have outlined the following steps and instructions for you to follow:
1. Review the Eligibility Criteria: Before submitting a grant application, please carefully review the eligibility criteria outlined on this page. We want to ensure that your project aligns with our funding priorities and guidelines.
2. Understand the Application Requirements: Familiarize yourself with the required documents and information you need to include in your application. This may include a project proposal, detailed budget, supporting documents, and any other specific requirements mentioned in the application guidelines. Once or if all grant funds have been allotted, applicants will be notified as such.
3. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the grant application form provided on this page. Be sure to provide accurate and detailed information about your project, its objectives, expected outcomes, and budget. The form may include sections for your organization's background, project description, and evaluation plan. Take your time to craft a compelling application that clearly articulates the significance and impact of your project.
4. Attach Supporting Documents: Upload any supporting documents specified in the application guidelines. These may include financial statements, references, permits, licenses, or testimonials. Ensure that all attachments are in the specified format and meet the required file size limits.
5. Submit Your Application: Once you have completed the application form and attached all the necessary documents, click the "Submit" button to send your application to our grant review committee. Please note that late or incomplete applications may not be considered.
6. Application Review Process: After the submission, our review committee will thoroughly evaluate all received applications. This process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience during this stage (upto 120 days). You can expect to receive a confirmation email upon successful submission of your application. Also an emailed will be sent when you application has been reviewed.
7. Grant Award Announcement: Once the review process is complete, we will notify all applicants of the outcome. Successful applicants will receive an award letter specifying the grant amount and any additional requirements or conditions. Unsuccessful applicants will also be informed, and we encourage them to apply in future funding cycles. Unsuccessful applicants are welcome to reapply 180 days after original grant submission.
